Customer Search by Ordered Product

Search and filter customers by the products they ordered. Quickly find who bought a specific item.

This PrestaShop module adds a new tab in the Customers section of the administration panel: “Search for a customer by product”. With it, you can check which customers have purchased a specific product in just a few seconds – all you have to do is enter the product name or reference number.

The module will return a list of customers associated with the phrase and show exactly which products they bought and in which orders. The results are clearly paginated, with the option to select the number of records per page, which makes it easier to work with even a large number of orders.

This is a practical tool for customer service, marketing, and sales – ideal when you want to quickly reach a group of customers who have purchased a given product (e.g., for an email campaign, service campaign, or upselling).

• Login into your shop’s back office
• Go to “Module Manager”
• Click on “Upload a Module”
• Browse for the module
• Upload and install the module
